I build GTM systems that turn strategy into working infrastructure.

Three and a half years as the primary Salesforce admin and builder for a 100+ stakeholder revenue org. Then the first GTM hire at a 17-person firm, building its outbound engine from scratch.

Featured build · MVP

A personal CRM to build stronger relationships, everyday.

I’m building this CRM to help people remember birthdays, remember what their loved ones love, follow up naturally, and avoid walking into conversations unprepared.

The design question: how do you keep track of the 50–150 people who matter to you without creating another system that feels like work?

Building a Personal CRM

04:26

One flow: capture a conversation, create a contact, schedule the follow-up, and generate a living relationship synopsis.

Open in Loom

Voice-first capture

Speak naturally after a conversation; AI structures the contact, notes, commitments, and due date.

Living relationship context

An auto-updating “About” and “Where we left off” recap makes the next conversation easier.

Intelligent follow-up

Commitments become timely prompts, without turning personal relationships into a quota dashboard.

01 · Product reasoning

The system should disappear into the relationship.

People lose touch sometimes because managing relationships is work that competes with everything else going on peoples' lives, and existing tools either feel transactional or require too much manual upkeep.

My product principle is simple: capture moments quickly, structure automatically, and surface only when it helps.

02 · Under the hood

The model interprets. Deterministic code decides.

React, TypeScript, and Vite power the PWA; Dexie and IndexedDB keep capture usable offline. Supabase provides Postgres, auth, row-level security on every table, and Edge Functions that keep the API key server-side. Each voice note saves before AI runs. A server-side function transcribes it and proposes structured JSON, but schema validation, name normalization, and signal-based matching decide what enters the CRM. Ambiguous candidates become clarifications instead of guesses. Every AI call is logged per user with token counts and an hourly cap, so a timeout degrades into a review queue and not into lost context or unbounded spend.

03 · Tradeoffs

What I decided against

Single-best fuzzy matching

Bad merges forced me to rebuild. The matcher now returns every above-threshold candidate and the signal that fired.

Regenerating synopses on every load

Summaries cache and refresh only after newer interaction data exists.

Platform scope before product proof

Push, calendar and complex matching stayed out of v1. Excel-sheet capture, a morning digest and single contact matching covered the job.

04 · Next Up

Making context useful before you need it.

Calendar integration and pre-meeting briefings

01

Context-aware outreach suggestions

02

Social profile enrichment and multi-contact capture

03

05 · Experience

Systems work measured in adoption and outcomes.

I sit between GTM strategy and systems engineering: close enough to the business to design the operating model, and technical enough to build the automation, data architecture, and integrations behind it.
